Tank top season is around the corner and I don’t know about you but having arms I can be proud of is on the top of my priority list this time of year. Yes I know that having a toned body all around should be something we all strive for, but let’s face it…we still have a few months before bikini season so if you’re pressed for time and only interested in focusing on one particular body part right now, it might as well be your arms ;). Whether it’s wearing a spaghetti strap or strapless dress for a wedding, communion, confirmation (don’t they all seem to happen in April and May?) or just a day for a tank top and jeans, I know from many of my clients’ complaints, that having toned arms is right up there with wanting the warm weather to be here to stay.

If challenges are not your thing and you just want to know what exercises you can do to find some definition in those triceps and biceps, try these 7 exercises from Self Magazine.  I would suggest doing 2 sets of each exercise at least 3 times a week if you want to see result sooner rather than later. Once you start seeing that definition you’ll never want to hide those arms underneath a sweater again!!!
