I tried this new ab workout last Friday and was in pain for 2 days, thanks to another Body Rock killer routine. I did it again yesterday morning and I am already feeling it. I’m sure as the day progresses, so will the pain. You can feel it working as you’re doing each exercise. Give it a try. It’s only 4 exercises – but don’t let that fool you – it’s 4 INTENSE exercises!! One round will take you about 6 minutes. Start with completing one round and then try for two rounds and finally go for three!!! I did 2 rounds today and am aiming to complete 3 rounds of these exercises by Friday. Talk about KILLER ABS!!!!
