As promised to all my students, I am finally posting my new teaching schedule here for you. Please note that some of the new classes do not begin until mid-November. I am excited to announce that I will be teaching yoga and barre physique at the new Movati gym which opens to the public on November 15th, 2017. It is an absolutely incredible gym with all the bells and whistles, not to mention having both a hot and non-heated yoga studio as well as a Women’s Only section of the gym which includes our very own swimming pool!! I look forward to seeing many of you at the new location as well as the other studios I will continue to teach at in Oakville, Burlington and Vaughan.

This schedule is subject to change as both Igita and Movati get settled in to their new locations. I will continue to post here as well as on Instagram (lean_lisa) and Facebook to keep you posted. As you can see from my schedule, my Thursdays are completely open which leave space for my personal clients and private small groups.
