I have people always asking me what they can do to flatten their tummy. If you have ever been a client or student of mine, you already know I am not a fan of traditional crunches. There are so many other exercises that utilize all of the abdominal muscles that are just much more effective than crunches alone. Planks, for starters, are one of my favourites. If you don’t think you have time to do anything else in a day, devoting one minute to planks daily can make a positive change in your core in a very short period of time.
